hands down, a hand's favourite

I have dry skin. I need lotion every time I wash my hands and several times between washes. Because I need lotion so frequently, I often have to settle for whatever I can find lying around. I'd be lying if I told you I had never stooped to applying chapstick to my thirsty hands when I found myself in a pinch.

But lately I've taken steps to make sure what I have "lying around" is this stuff:
I got this tube of Figs & Rouge hand cream in an Ipsy bag several months ago. In case you couldn't tell from how flattened the tube is, I have eeked out just about every drop of lotion (does lotion come in drops?) this container has to offer.

I still remember when I first squeezed some of this hand cream out. I thought "Ew. What the heck is this? It feels so watery." But then I rubbed it in and I was so in love. It moisturizes my skin without leaving behind greasy residue. I don't have to wait several minutes between applying lotion and touching my favorite purse/book/whatever.

I worried I'd have a hard time finding a replacement tube, because this hand cream is made in the UK (note my non-American spelling of "favorite" in the title), but a quick google search led me to feelunique.com. I snagged two larger bottles of the hand cream and a replacement for my smaller tube.
I keep one tube in my desk drawer at work, one in my purse, and the small one in my makeup bag. For as long as Feel Unique offers free shipping on orders over $15 and doesn't charge me to convert pounds to dollars, I think this product will remain my hand cream staple.
